Hydrangea p. 'Early Evolution' #3

Hydrangea pan. Early Evolution is the earliest flowering hydrangea on the market. It's a prolific bloomer that will put on a show for 5+ months! The flower buds give way to creamy green flowers that turn to a pure white by mid-summer. As the season progresses, the white petals slowly turn to a blush and then to a dark pink by September. It's compact size makes it an ideal container plant! It also works well as a low hedge or a small accent within the garden. Grows 2' tall and wide in full sun to part shade. Hardy to Zone 5.  As with most Hydrangeas, morning sun and afternoon shade is best. That being said, if watered well throughout the dry season, grouped plantings of panicle hydrangeas in full sun can be spectacular!
