Rhododendron ‘PJM Landmark' has vibrant, fuchsia-pink, wavy flowers on glossy green foliage. The flowers are lightly speckled with scarlet dots. Rhododendrons grow best here in the Midwest in afternoon shade. It helps greatly to acidify the soil. This charming rhododendron grows up to 4 feet tall in partial sun and is hardy to Zone 4. Spraying evergreen rhododendrons with an antidessicant such as Wilt-Pruf in November will help keep the foliage from drying out over the winter.
