Asimina triloba Wabash® GRAFT #1

Wabash® has excellent overall fruit quality AND quantity! Named after its resemblance to cannonballs, this round fruit is very fleshy with only 6% seed weight. The flavor is a favorite of tasters with a sweet, rich flavor and creamy but firm texture. The smooth flesh is yellow to orange in color. Paw Paws have a tropical flavor, but are native to North America. Most varieties grow 10-15' tall, preferring partial shade. They are hardy to Zone 5.
