Shooting Star is a native spring ephemeral producing white to lavender flowers with recurved petals nodding on leafless stems above the compact, basal foliage, tinged with red. Attracts pollinators and is deer resistant. Grows in sun to part shade, 12-18" tall and 6-8" wide. Hardy to Zone 2.
