Vanilla Twist® is a beautiful weeper with white flowers in early spring. Heart-shaped foliage emerges after the bloom is done. The weeping form provides an interesting silhouette in winter. Plant in full to part sun Grows 12' tall with a spread of 8'. Hardy to Zone 5.
