'Stella' is a popular sweet cherry cultivar that produces dark red, sweet eating cherries in early summer. It is self-fertile, and commonly sold as semi-dwarf to dwarf grafted trees. Fragrant, white blossoms appear in spring, and dark green leaves turn yellow in the fall. Grows 8 to 12 feet tall in full sun. Hardy to Zone 5.
