'Thoweil' is known for its irregular, narrowly upright habit. It's unique branching pattern makes for a living sculpture. While it might not be the most popular Hinoki Cypress out there, it's our favorite of them all.  As with all Hinoki Cypress, it is best located in a protected site, out of the afternoon sun and winter winds. Garden size is 8' tall and 6' wide. Hardy to Zone 5.
