This is the most floriferous smokebush yet! The Velvet FogĀ® produces big, showy, smoky, seedheads in summer. The reddish pink plumes make a nice contrast with the blue-green foliage. Its lush, full branching and rounded form make for a fantastic specimen or hedge in full sun to part shade. Deer don't tend to bother it. It grows 5-8' tall with a spread of 5-6', and is hardy to Zone 4.
