A hardy hybrid of Korean and Japanese maple, combining the hardiness and durability of the Korean maple with the beauty of the Japanese maple. The foliage of this outstanding treer emerges red in spring, changing to green by midsummer. Showy pink samaras stand out against the green summer foliage. When other fall color has faded in northern landscapes, North Wine® continues the show with dramatic tones of orange and scarlet. Plant in sun to part shade. Grows up toe 20' tall and 15' wide. Hardy to Zone 4.
