Peppermint is easy to grow and likes to spread, so may be best planted in a container. It offers a refreshing fragrance and taste that accents desserts nicely. Peppermint can adapt to various amounts of water, but does not like to be completely dry. It will grow 1’ to 2’ tall in full sun. Hardy to Zone 5.
