This tree form produces green flowers that turn white, then shades of pink in the fall as the weather cools, giving a charming two-toned effect. May need staked when young until the trunk thickens and strengthens. Prune back the top by half or more in early spring on a young plant to prevent it from becoming too top-heavy. Plant in sun to part shade. Flowers hold up better in afternoon shade. Grows 8-10' tall and 4-6' wide. Hardy to Zone 4.
