Bottlebrush-like flowers appear prior to the leaves on this dwarf variety. It grows into a dense, rounded shrub, good in sun or part shade. It will tolerate full shade, though the flowers and fall color will be sparse. Exceptional orange, red and yellow foliage color develop in the fall. Grows 2-3' tall and wide, and is hardy to Zone 5.
