Torchâ„¢ is the earliest flowering Panicle Hydrangea to date. Its creamy white flowers sit atop a superior upright form. Best planted in some afternoon shade, and it's great in containers, too. As with most Hydrangeas, morning sun and afternoon shade is best. That being said, if watered well throughout the dry season, grouped plantings of panicle hydrangeas in full sun can be spectacular! Grows 4-5' tall and wide and is hardy to Zone 3.
