Pachysandra 'Green Carpet' 4"

'Green Carpet' is an improved selection of Japanese Spurge. It is more compact than the species, with darker green, glossy foliage. Tiny white flowers appear in early spring. They are not particularly showy, but are quite attractive on close inspection. Grows best in part to full shade. Does especially well in dappled shade under large trees. The plant spreads by rhizomes to form wide colonies of shiny foliage 6" or so tall. Hardy to Zone 5.
