Epimedium 'Pink Champagne' #1

Looking for a new kind of plant to shake up your shade gardens? This spring flowering perennial will certainly add new texture and color elements to your landscape. 'Pink Champagne' produces flowers with white spurs and raspberry centers. The delicate-looking flowers have an airy feel, making it the perfect contrast to other shade items like Hosta. Its evergreen leaves are mottled green with dark burgundy. This is a very vigorous variety. 

The foliage grows around 12" tall and can spread slowly up to 36". The flowers float above the foliage 24" tall. Grows best in part to full shade. Hardy to Zone 5.

Epimedium are one of the few plants capable of surviving in dry shade. Although slow to establish, mature plants will not be missed in the landscape, particularly when in flower. These plants are appreciated for their durability and critter resistance, but loved for the long sprays of jester hat-like flowers in spring.
