Turtlehead is a good native for streambanks and damp ground, tolerating temporary flooding. White blossoms, often tinged with pink appear in late summer. Good for cut flowers. Attracts pollinators and is deer resistant. Grows 2-3' tall and wide in shade to part shade. Hardy to Zone 3.
