Iris e. ‘Dinner Plate™ Carrot Cake’ is a dramatic Japanese iris that produces giant 6" wide flowers that are creamy white edged in lavender‑blue with a bright yellow eye. It blooms from late spring to early summer. Japanese iris have flat, beardless blooms on tall upright stems above strappy green foliage, creating a striking vertical presence. Japanese iris prefer full to part sun and consistently moist soil — making them ideal for pond margins, rain gardens, or any damp, well‑watered area.
