'Sem' is a compact form of Ural Falsespirea. The spring foliage is pinkish orange, turning chartreuse. White, long-blooming flowers cover the plant in early to mid summer. Does well in full sun, but a bit of afternoon shade helps keep the foliage from burning a bit. Grows 3' tall and wide. It will sucker a bit, so you might want to dig out unwanted suckers in spring to keep it from spreading. Very hardy to Zone 2.
