Pinus ce. 'Algonquin Pillar' #6

This narrow, upright selection of Swiss Stone Pine is a gorgeous tree with long, two-toned needles that twist and weave together to form lustrous, bushy branches. It is extremely hardy and needs little pruning to maintain a large, slender stature. Trees develop large trunks and retain foliage to the base, unlike other pines that lose needles on shaded lower branches. Best in full sun. Garden size is 20' tall and 10' wide. Hardy to Zone 3.
