Seven Son Flower forms a small, arching, multi-stemmed tree or large shrub. Originally from China, it is gaining in popularity as people discover its unique attributes. Long-lasting, fragrant white flowers in put on a nice show in September and October. But the real show occurs in late October into November when the flowers turn red. Add to that its tan, exfoliating bark and you have a truly interesting plant. Grows in sun to part shade, 10-20' tall with a spread of 8-15. Hardy to Zone 4.
