Purpleleaf Sand Cherry is noted especially for its rich purple-red foliage. Blackish-purple cherries follow small, white spring flowers. Excellent accent plant in sun to part shade. Grows 6-8' tall with a spread of 5-6'. Hardy to Zone 3.
