Hosta Cool as a Cucumber large

This vigorous grower forms a showy clump of long, tapered leaves with bright green margins and clear white centers. The green margins jet into the white centers, creating an attractive mix of white, light green and dark green. ‘Cool as a Cucumber’ is an improved sport of ‘Cascades’, with more vigor, wider margins, and better substance. The clump is upright in youth, then matures into a gracefully arching mound. May grow as large as 32” tall and 48” wide. Lavender flowers on white scapes in summer.
