‘Red Hot Poker’ has clean, non-burning shiny green leaves with creamy white margins. The foliage has good substance and sun tolerance, and becomes slightly wavy and cupped with maturity. It is named for its bright red flower scapes that shoot up to 30” tall, holding purple flowers in mid summer. Forms a clump 16" tall and 40" wide.
