(Calamint) fragrant border plant with tiny white flowers over a bushy habit. lIt blooms from early summer until frost, complementing whatever other perennials are next to it. It grows in full sun to art shade, 12-16 inches tall and wide. Hardy to Zone 5.
This great plant was Perennial of the Year in 2021. It took us a while to really appreciate what this plant does. It is the perfect filler, providing beautiful texture and blooms that last all summer without needing cut back. Use it to create an English garden look by plugging this plant in between the showier flowers such as Echinacea, Rudbeckia, Salvia, and others. Suddenly, the garden is full and lush!
