French Tarragon has a delicate, slightly licorice flavor that pairs well with fish, chicken, and eggs. It is highly aromatic and known as the “King of Herbs” in France. Easy to grow in well-drained soil, preferring spring temperatures. Grows 2’ tall in part shade. Hardy to Zone 4.
