Lemon Balm QT organic

This vigorous herb is best grown in full sun, but will tolerate some shade. It produces an abundance of oval/heart shaped leaves that fill the air with a refreshing citrus aroma. The leaves make great additions to soups, salads and more. When it comes to watering, it's best to err on the side of under watering, as it handles drought well and does not like to be overwatered. Can grow 1-2' tall and 2-3' wide, but it looks best kept trimmed and more compact. Hardy to Zone 3.
