This golden privet forms a compact shrub with waxy, bright yellow leaves. It will retain the bright yellow-green color if grown in full sun, and will turn a bit more green in some shade. Tiny white flowers in late spring. Tolerant of heavy pruning, it can be shaped and sized as desired. Excellent for making glowing hedges or shapes. Plant in sun to part shade. Grows up to 4-6' tall and 4-5' wide. Hardy to Zone 5.
