This compact form of red twigged dogwood is from Minnesota, so you know it's hardy. White flowers in spring are followed by white fruit in late summer. The dark green foliage turns a nice purple-red in fall. And then the beautiful red stems put on a great show in winter. Cut out a few of the oldest stems each spring to promote straight red stems. Disease resistant. Plant in full sun to part shade. Grows 5-6' tall and wide, and is hardy to Zone 2.
