'Granny Smith' is one of the best cooking apples, producing crisp, tart and juicy fruit with a good balance of acids and sugars. Medium-sized apples have pale green skin with distinctive white dots. Semi-dwarf tree grows 15-18' tall and wide. Hardy to Zone 5.
