Spiraea j. 'Magic Carpet' #2

Vibrant red shoots emerge in spring and mature into rich bronze, red-tipped foliage. Clusters of deep purple-pink flowers cover the plant in early summer. In fall, the foliage takes on rich russet tones that remain colorful well into late fall. If trimming is desired, do so right after the blooms have faded. Does best in full sun. Grows 2' tall with a spread of 3' and is hardy to Zone 3.
