Hosta Peach Brandy small

'Peach Brandy' continues the exciting new line of Bob Solberg's red-petioled yellow hostas. Yellow heart-shaped leaves are folded and puckered. Piercing purple petioles fill the base of the leaf and then travel halfway or more up the center leaf vein. In summer, the leaves have a purple blush that bathes the plant in brandy hues. The purple petioles will remain vibrant even as the leaves melt as the clump goes dormant. Grows 14 inches tall and 26 inches wide, and perhaps larger. Reddish-purple flowers in late summer on purple scapes.
